Information may include the customer's name, phone number, patient care requirements, location, preferred service dates, and other information voluntarily provided during the enquiry.

We may use service providers such as Meta, Google and OpenAI to operate our messaging, customer-service and automation systems. Information is used only for legitimate customer-service and operational purposes.

We do not sell customer information to third parties. Access to customer information is limited to authorized Tan & Koo personnel and service providers required to operate the system.

Customers may contact Tan & Koo Home Care Service to request correction or deletion of their personal information.
