Founded on January 13, 2024, our company was
established by a dedicated professional with six years of
experience working in a hospital setting. During those
years, a deep understanding of the challenges faced by
patients and their families was developed, leading to the
realization that care doesn't end within the walls of a
hospital. Recognizing the need for quality caregiver
services, the company was formed to extend
compassionate care to patients both at home and in
hospitals.

Managing Director

Sierra Tan brings over 6 years of diverse nursing experience to her role as Managing Director at Tan & Koo Home Care Service. Her career began with 2 years as an ICU Nurse at Gleneagles Kuala Lumpur, where she managed complex cases involving both pediatric and adult patients. Her expertise includes handling ventilators, tracheostomies, CVVH, BiPap, Airvo2, IABP, TPN, nasogastric and PEG feeding, as well as taking care of patients with neurological disorders, open heart surgeries and angioplasties.

From 2020 to 2024, Sierra specialized as a Diabetes Nurse Educator, focusing on patients with Type 1 and Type 2 Diabetes, Gestational Diabetes Mellitus (GDM), Mody, and LADA. She is skilled in using continuous glucose monitoring (CGM), titrating insulin dosage, and providing comprehensive diabetes assessments and education. Qualifications Skills: Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support(ACLS), and choking first aid.

Qualification: Degree in Nursing. Sierra’s extensive experience and specialized knowledge ensure top-tier leadership and expertise in managing our healthcare services.
